Important Safety Notice

• When using the FPC ribbon cable to connect the TFT or HDMI screen, ensure the device is completely powered off to prevent screen damage
• When wiring the TFT screen, carefully confirm the insertion direction of the FPC ribbon cable to avoid reversing the cable and damaging the device

Configuration Notes

• It is recommended to use the mainsail or fluidd web interface for configuration changes
• Do not enable the browser translation feature, as this may prevent the system from booting properly
• Do not enter Chinese or special characters in the configuration file
• Changes to the configuration file will take effect only after restarting the system

How to Modify the Configuration File

Modify the Configuration File After Flashing

• Configuration items that take effect only on the first boot must be modified by opening the config.txt file located in the removable disk FlyOS-Conf using a professional text editor after flashing is complete

Modify Configuration Online After the System Boots

• Regular configuration items can be modified via the web configuration page of the system; changes will take effect after restarting

1. Access the device IP address using a browser, for example: http://192.168.1.2/

fluidd interface operation: Uncheck "Filter hidden files and folders"

mainsail interface operation: Check "Show hidden files"

2. Navigate to the displayed .flyos-config folder and locate the sys-config.conf configuration file

3. Edit the sys-config.conf file, which is a symbolic link to the config.txt file located in the removable disk FlyOS-Conf

4. Save the file after making changes, then restart the system to apply the configuration changes

Configuration Format Instructions

• The configuration file format must be key=value; do not change it to key: value or other formats
• Do not add spaces before or after the equals sign
